Contacts
Your list: imports, segments, tags, and access.
- Your contacts listFind anyone on your list: search, filter by a saved segment, peek with Quick view, and see who on your team can change what.
- Add a contact by handAdd one person on the New contact form, with tags, marketing opt-in and, for owners and admins, free access to your offers in the same step.
- The contact record: details, tags, notes and timelineEverything about one person: edit their details, manage tags and notes, read their timeline, purchases and access, export them, or send a password email.
- Change many contacts at onceTick contacts on the list to tag them, subscribe or unsubscribe them, download them as a CSV, or delete them, up to 100 at a time.
- Delete contactsPermanently remove one contact from their record, or several from the Contacts list. Owners and admins only, and their product access goes too.
- Import contacts from a CSVAdd a list of new contacts from a spreadsheet under Contacts → Imports: which columns are read, what gets skipped, and the plan you need.
- TagsLabel contacts with tags, then use them in segments and automations. Create, rename, merge and delete tags on the Tags page.
- SegmentsSave a filter of your contacts, such as everyone tagged VIP who is subscribed, and use it to filter your list or as a broadcast audience. It stays up to date by itself.
